The task
Connect a public estimate and request with staff operation handling. Clients need a clear status; the team needs roles, an activity history and controlled steps.
What we built
A multilingual service with exchange estimates, online and desk flows, a client account and staff workspaces. Permissions, statuses and an activity log organize request handling. The portfolio shows replacement data and cannot carry out real transactions.
